Unfortunately, RAI's PACS is not certified to run on any web browser other than Microsoft Internet Explorer. If you attempt to access it from any other web browser, it will not function.
If you are on a computer running Windows, you can open Internet Explorer and go to the PACS from there.
If you are using Firefox on a Windows computer, you can also use Firefox's "IE Tab" add-on. To do this:
